This notion came to me as I was flipping through the Paradigm Shift sketchbook I bought from Dirk I. Tiede at Ohayocon (wonderful fellow, be sure to check out his work and his story Paradigm Shift at www.dynamanga.net).
On the comics front, I'm currently busy working on Midnight Warriors #12 for Divine Authority Comics. That, along with teaching Karate, and learning to be a real estate agent is eating up A LOT of my spare time.
So...if I don't have time to actually put together a Dance of Fire oneshot for Anime Expo, why don't I just assemble a sizeable collection of sketches (with a common theme) to compile in a simple little 40+ page paperback publication?
Seems feasible...hell, folks at conventions have asked if the sketchbooks I have on display are actually for sale.
Might be worth looking into...
